HOF VAN STAYEN
TRAININGCENTER - ACCOMODATION
Hof van Stayen is an enclosed square farmhouse located in a famous fruit region Haspengouw in Sint-Truiden. The courtyard of the farmhouse, its core, dates from the 17th century. The ‘old lady’ underwent a complete metamorphosis.
Since June 2019 the farm is equipped with a spacious multifunctional meeting room, 3 smaller meeting rooms and accommodation of 25 comfortable double rooms with free on-site parking. In addition, the Hof van Stayen has a heated outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard and a solarium for the mid-season. There is a variety of walking and cycling routes which depart from the Hof van Stayen.
The Hof van Stayen is not only ideal for training and teambuilding activities, but also for events and parties with overnight accommodation. Groups can have exclusive use of the Hof van Stayen.
MEETING ROOMS
Hof van Stayen is located 800m from Sint-Truiden station and a 1.5 km walk from the city center.
The farm has a spacious multifunctional meeting or banquet room where up to 200 people can dine.
In addition, there are 3 separate smaller meeting or party rooms from 34m² to 60m² as well as several free-use spaces for informal gatherings.
Stayen stadium is located opposite the Hof van Stayen. This multifunctional football stadium is home to STVV football club that plays in the Belgian first division. The stadium has several convenience stores and retail outlets.
Guests of Hof van Stayen have free access to Mooze Lifestyle fitness and wellness suite from 6 am to midnight.
Guests of Hof van Stayen can enjoy a meal or a quick snack and a few drinks at one of the 4 catering establishments located at Stayen.
CATERING
These catering establishments are located in the North Wing of the stadium and on the large courtyard known as the ‘Kleine Markt’.
NORTH WING
Grand Café offers French-Belgian with a large terrace that overlooks the football field and an indoor play corner for children. It’s located on the ground floor in the North Wing of the stadium.
On the first floor of the North Wing is La Cantine, a lunch and take away restaurant with modest pricing.
‘KLEINE MARKT’ - Courtyard
This is a car-free courtyard next to the West Wing of the stadium where Uno Due, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant with spacious terrace is located.
Café du Soleil is located just around the corner. A cozy and trendy café, where you can enjoy the sunset on the spacious terrace.
ROOMS
Since the end of June 2019, the farm has been completely redeveloped into brand new accommodation for groups with 25 comfortable double rooms which spread over 2 wings. Are you looking for style, elegance, top service and modern hotel facilities?
